An LLP will be created to own the property and you will be a silent partner ultimately owning a certain percentage of LLP. All Money movement will take place within the LLP. For example, if you have 5 lakhs investment in 50 lakhs property you will be 1/10 owner of the property via LLP. All clauses will be documented as part of the agreement.
As a silent partner in the LLP you will have no liability as part of the LLP.
We will charge 1.5% of the total investment fees of the deal deducted from the LLP as an expense to the parent company.
All taxes on the capital gain will be paid by the LLP so you will not have to worry about any tax implication. Only for properties will quarterly rental companies have to be taxed as part of your personal fillings
We will invest minimum of 5% for every deal
To provide capital gains we will need commitment for 5 years however if investor still need the money sooner they can do so without any capital gains.
