Detail Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and own Sales plan to achieve al targets of our products align with the company’s vision.
  • Follow up with clients over the phone, or site visits and build strong long-term relationship.
  • Manage the Client Relationship communication and report them to the CEO.
  • End to End closing of the deal. Doing personal calls and lining up client visit, Negotiate terms and close the deal.
  • Conduct Webinar and Booth Camp to promote the company vision and mission across India.
  • Help team to search new properties and clients and post them on portal. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  • Leverage data to stitch an end-to-end funnel view at a region
  • Create, Own and Report key metrics/KPIs to teams and functions across the organization.
  • Maintain regular cadence of the KPIs/metrics and represent Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business use cases and fuel their solutions with relevant data.

Technical Competencies

  • Logical mind-set, a strong aptitude for technology and can quickly adapt to and utilize various marketing tools and software.
  • Ability to understand and comprehend large volume of data and draw actionable insights from it.
  • Hands-on with data analysis tools and functions on MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and Insurance Industry in the NCR region.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
  • In Depth knowledge of Sales, Customer Relationship and Negotiation.
  • Strong leadership, bias for action, communication both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent convincing and communication skills.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup and/or Real Estate and Financial field is a plus.
